Texas Trip

We just returned home from a 15 day trip to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. From April 25 to May 9, we visited our family, friends, and former churches. What an exciting time back in the state that we love so much!

The purpose of our trip was to share God's plan for us in Honduras. It is our prayer that we would expand Team Honduras with prayer and financial supporters. Like we've said before, we would love for everyone to pack their bags and move with us but that just isn't practical or Biblical! We are excited to see how God plans on expanding our team and meeting the physical and spiritual needs of the people of Honduras!

Southwest Presbytery

On April 19 and 20, Adam attended the Southwest Presbytery Meeting.  This is a quarterly gathering of pastors and elders of the PCA churches in Arizona, New Mexico, and West Texas.  Adam was provided the opportunity to share our vision for Honduras with this group of church leaders.  He received affirmation and lots of encouragement.

Hoarding No More!

On April 21, we hosted our first ever garage sale.  This was a new experience for both of us and we enjoyed chatting with many local faces.  Adam asked for a family discount in an attempt to buy back various items but Michelle wouldn't stand for it.  We are both excited with the house being a little lighter.
